Brand new yocan dive stopped charging

Brand new yocan dive stopped charging

I used this two times and when I wento charge it, the light shows read for about minute and than it stops charging

As for your case, please contact the shop you bought it from.

Or if you want to claim warranty directly from Yocan MFG, please shoot an email to service@yocantech.com with the receipt, authentic code, and a video about your defect item.
