Battery charge
Can anyone help me figure out why my magneto won’t charge? The red light goes on for 30 seconds then turns off.

When the Magneto fully charged, the light will turn off.

I have the same problem.
It WON’T charge. The red light goes off after about 15 seconds.
When I try to hit it, the light flashes FOUR times.

My red light blinks when I plug it in to charge and it is not charging. Can anyone help? What do need to do from here????

Same problem here my evolve plus quit charging before it was two weeks old

Please check the dab pen indicator light status.
And plugged the USB cable comes with the package box.
Will it grow when you charging the battery?
