I already did almost a week ago and I've gotten no response so far.

So I've been using my Magneto for approx. 3 weeks now and up until recently had no issues, however, about halfway through the day (after having already been using it without problems) the "in use" light suddenly just stuck on and won't turn off. The coil isn't heating so at least it's not constantly...
