YoCan dive

Bought myself a YoCan Dive and I absolutely loved it. It broke after a simple removal of the magnetic cap, snapping the wiring off the hearing element. Bought myself a YoCan Dive, loved it, it broke, now YoCan has yet to respond to my email to figure out how to get a replacement or money back for 2+weeks. So I'm here looking for help.
