How packed should I fill the heating chamber? I can't find clear answer, and this is first dry herb pen

Hi I'm having the same issue. Doesn't matter the temp. It turns brown and no smoke. I'm quite upset cause it feels like a waste of money if it won't work. And another issue is it always gets clogged, doesn't mter if it's ground chunky or fine
