Which setting do most people use generally? I tend to use the two-dots setting just because it's in the middle so that seems like i cant go wrong.

So, what is the purpose of this? I gather it's a safety feature in case someone forgets to turn it off after they vape. What's behind the 3minutes or 5minutes? Like, is that the length of time it generally takes most people to finish the bowl? Or is the herb inside used up / vaped-out after 3-5mins?...
