Purchased brand new and never worked. Followed all instructions and everything else is working but it won’t produce vapor on any voltage. Cart will work fine using a different battery.

Am I doing something wrong or it it defective?

So I charged it and followed all the instructions how to preheat and change voltage but I can't get it to work. I tried different voltages and still nothing. Yes, I have the magnetic adapter on the 510 threads. Could this unit be defective? Please help.
