Pen won’t charge or work and it’s 4 days old

Bought a pen 4 days ago and lightly used it went to go charge it for only the 2nd time and it won’t do anything and is junk I won’t be buying from Yocan or a vape pen ever again I’m so fed up with junk 5th vape pen that broke in a damn week no good junk :evil:
