Thanks for contacting us. The Yocan Vane features two heating mode for difference vape style. Which one heat mode is right for you? It depends on your dry herb type, if your material need longer heating time, just choose 5 min mode. You can use it every 3-5 min every time, but please do NOT overheat...

It depends on your vape style. If you want to big cloud, choose highest voltage (three lights level), If you want to good flavor, choose the lowest voltage. Or if you want to balance, choose the middle level.
