How to fix the Evolve dab pen blinking 10 times?

My evolve dab pen battery is blinking 10 times everytime I turn it on. Is there something else I can do because I have followed the instructions and it is still doing that.

Please charge your device.The Evolve device blinking 10 times means it was low battery status.
