Here is a question from one of Yocan fan.
The Yocan Ishred has charged 3 hours and no power. No charging indication. Please help


Answer:
Yocan iShred is a sleek, easy to use tobacco vaporizer that's built to last.


If your device has no indicator light when you plugged in the cable, please check the cable connection.
And try to use a tine q-tip to clean the charge port, then plug the cable that comes with the package box.

Or you can plug this cable with another micro-USB charge port, to check if this cable is OK or not.

If this cable is OK, I think this battery die.
