As for the claim warranty issue,please can you contact the head shop you brought it from, I think they will help you.
Or you want to claim warranty directly from MFG, please refer to the #5 and #6 of terms on this page: https://www.yocanonline.com/warranty-af ... s-service/ And the shipping fee need to be charged, due to all items are shipped from HK.

I have been trying to contact the shop I bought the pods and new Evolve 2.0 from. Both have failed.
The shop is taking and shipping orders, but not answering emails or telephone calls.
So I wanted to hear from you that this the oil pods were a warranted item from the description.
I just bought a new order of oil pods but these have no hole in the bottom, are these the newest version?

I was buying different pod systems to find the best. This was a huge letdown. How quality control let this release is truly awful. I bought the device and 3 packs of pods. All defective.
I lost over 120 dollars PLUS over 100 in oil. The botton is latex or rubber and sticks in the on position almost every time you touch it. The cartridges all leaked. Every single one clogged. This proves they could care less about the customer to even release a product so faulty and to waste my expensive oil......im highly pissed off. No. Don't want a replacement to gamble my expensive oil in, one burn is enough!
