How do u clean the Yocan Evolve 2.0?

Here is a question from one of Yocan fan.
I have the evolve 2.0 and it keeps blinking green light and I've charged it changed the pods and still keeps blinking green. Is there anyway you guys would replace it if I send back the old one.

The Yocan Evolve 2.0 is a pod-based vaporizer.
If you are a pod vape lover, please have a glance at Yocan X pod system.
The Yocan Evolve 2.0 featured three voltage levels, low - white, mid - blue, and high - green.
When the battery can't detect the cartridge, it will blinking the green light ( or white/blue light, it depends on which voltage option you pick.)
Please try to use a q-tip with a isopropyl alcohol to clean the contact points.
