Sorry for the inconvenience.
May I know what's kind of e-juice you filled?
We also got similar feedback from other evolve 2.0 user, they told me fill more thick e-juice / oil can temporary solve this issue.
Please can you try to fill other oil, thanks in advance.

Take care, vape on.

Same issue. Oil pod immediately started getting plugged and leaking. Thought it was just a faulty pod and tried another. Magnets fell out of both the pod and the battery. Device is now completely unusable. Attempted to get a refund from retailer as device is only a day old.

This product is a complete waste of time and money.
Shame on yocan for releasing faulty garbage.

Hopefully yocan will give me my money back or a replacement as the retailer is refusing.

Very very disappointing. I bought the evolve plus it was great for the limited time I used it. Used this device strictly for oil. I used it maybe 5 times in a 3 week period. I decided to buy the 2.0 version and let me buddy have the evolve. A couple days into him using it he tells me the top piece of the pod spider cracked. So I gave him another pod while I waited for my new 2.0 to come in the mail. 2 days later he tells me again that the pod cracked this time down the middle where the concentrate is held leaking everywhere and pull out the bottom battery of the pod leaving it latched to the bottom. I had done some research and this seems to be a consistent problem with these yocan pods. Reading a few threads yocan stated "we redesigned the pods to be free from cracking or leaks". Afyer getting my device I noticed the bottom magnetic is different and now has a hollow ring that connects to the battery, seems legit. Upon opening it was very small (in a good way), seemed heavy and felt durable. Vaped it on the middle voltage like always. After using it about 15 or so times of the course of 3 days, the pods top piece cracked and would no longer sit on the pod flush. I opened another pod in the extra (4pc) I had purchased with the device. I used this new pod top for maybe 5 days before it cracked again. I'm not sure why if it's the heat breaking it or a too fast of a cool down, I'm not dropping the device at all. This is a problem for this company and if it's not fixed your going to lose alot of faithful customets.

I bought one at a vape store that we've been going to for at least 3 years and have never had a problem with. The intent was to use it for CBD oil and that's all that's been in it. I've had it for 5 days and have had both mouthpieces/caps that came in the box crack as soon as they're snapped into place. It just cracks down the side so the pegs that I think are intended to block the holes for filling the pod haven't come off but the unit still leaks (very badly) and you can see the liquid come out around the pegs. I'm upset because I really like the unit otherwise and since I'm disabled money isn't something I can just throw away on things like this until I find one that works. I was on the fence about trying out a box of pods in the hopes that maybe I just got some from a faulty batch or saving that money for a better product but reading this thread has solved that one for me I think. I won't be buying any Yocan products at all again.

I have the problem that no matter what I do, what level is set at & no matter what pod I put in it it just blinks 3 times & does nothing else.
It's a real bummer because I like that shape & size & supposed versatility but it just doesn't work no matter what.
The only good thing for my situation is that since I can't use it it hasn't leaked yet.
This is a real bummer of a situation which is made all the worse because every vape shop I've ever been in had a no refund/no return/no exchange policy which is crazy. If the shops had to take back returns of faulty products they'd stop carrying defective merchandise and the manufacturers would have to take responsibility for trying to sell products that don't work.

Both the oil pods and the salt nic pods leak like sieves.
Tried them both twice, thinking maybe I got a defective pod. But nope.

The shatter pods? The mouthpiece cracked within thirty minutes. And the opening is WAY TOO SMALL. Three good hits on the Wax and that opening is so gummed up you can’t get a hit until you drill it out again. Which is a huge pain in the backside.

The device itself? Cheaply made and poor quality. The button is easily dislocated and can/does get stuck on a funny angle, usually on the “ on” function, so your battery is wasted.

I liked the concept of a 3-in-one system and was really excited to check it out......but what really happened is that I wasted forty bucks on a piece of junk.

This is the third Yocan device I have purchased, and it is the third device to fail within 30 days of purchase.

I will be buying a competitor’s products going forward, and will tell all of my friends NOT to buy Yocan products, because they are garbage.

The pods leak like sieves. Whatever fix you guys did earlier this year wasn’t the right one, because they still leak and crack.

For Yocan to continue to make these pods knowing they are not working correctly is theft!
The same thing is happening to me. The first day the oil pods work just fine but slowly they leak down into the electrical contact area and leak out the bottom.
It’s a matter of those little round metal contacts on the pods getting so hot they expand and cause the plastic to deform or crack letting oil pass by. Even the metal insert at the bottom where the pod meets the battery came out in a week! Now the pods won’t stay in.
They aren’t doing anything because they want us to spend as much money as possible on their garbage pods. Just listen listen to JIMMY, what useful information has he given us? None! He’s just stalling and talkin s$&t. He never once says return it for your money back knowing it’s a defective product.
What kind of company does this JIMMY? Thx for a crappy product and lies.
