Can you tell me Exactly How you dis-assemble the mouth piece on my Vane ?

No, I don't think you can disassemble the Yocan Vane mouthpiece.
By the way, what's wrong with the Yocan Vane mouthpiece?
If you want to clean it, please try to use a q-tip to clean it.

The mouthpiece has 2 parts that separate to clean inside, pull the white part and clean inside, then the screen on the black inside part. You can buy another mouthpiece if you like.
