I just purchased a ishred dr y h erb Vapor yesterday the instruction manual I followed completely it does not turn on I let it charge for about 3 hours and still no lights nothing's blinking nothing's doing anything I need to know what to do I paid for something that I could use not sit up and have to keep sending back and forth someone
