Yocan pandon

I purchased a yocan pandon a couple months ago. It quit working after the 3rd use. I tried taking it back to retailer and they instructed me to contact yocan support. I did... I was told I would review a response within 48 hours. No response came. I contacted support through email again.on May 4th. Again I was told I would receive a response within 48 hours. Nothing again from you..

Are you going to replace it?

As for warranty issues, please can you send those information to service@yocantech.com, thanks in advance.
1. Copy of the printed register receipt
2. The Yocan authenticity code
3. A video of the defect
