The Yocan UNI S wont charge and hit

Here is a question from Yocan Fan:
I have a UNI S that is a couple months old. I plugged it in to charge and 20 minutes later unplugged it as all 3 lights were on (I assumed that meant it was fully charged). However, when I took it off the charger the lights stayed on and will not turn off no matter how many times I press the button. It also will not hit. Is there a way to fix this?
Answer:
Please check the type c USB cable or the charge port.
Try to use a tine q-tip to clean the charge port.
And try to unscrew the vape cartridge, hit the fire button.
If the light flashing 5 times, means the Yocan UNI S can't detect the vape cartridge.
Please install a brand new to have a try.
