My pen is not hitting. Please help!

First of all, we have to know which parts doesn't work.
Please try to charge your device, and check the indicator light when your charging it.
The light will be shut off once it's fully charged.
Then use the q-tip to clean the contact points.
If you have a brand new vape cartridge, please install this one.
If your device still can't work, please contact our support team.
