I've had my Yocan Uni for 2 weeks and it quit working. all I get are the 3 lights blinking 5x. I've cleaned the tip and made sure it was fully charged, but no luck. Need help, thanks

Please check your UNI battery and vape tanks connection.
The 3 lights blinking 5x means connect incorrect.

I can't find a single article about all 3 lights blinking 3 times.
Mine has all 3 lights blinking 3 times. No heat...No vapor. What the secret behind that malfunction?
Where do I get answers? How do I get my money back?

I had this same issue myself and found the solution is to tighten the 510 thread adapter as directed then back it off 1/4th a turn and try the cart again.

HI, Just bought my Yocan Uni today and it is already giving me the 5 blinking lights like it can't detect cartridge. have tried these steps listed but still not working. cart is brand new as well.

Do you have another adapter? If so, please try to install this one.
Or contact the vape store to help you check it.

After one week of use and over paying at a head shop my uni portable mod battery broke. The round magnet came out magnetized to the bottoms of my atomizer. I simply put it back in and of course it was facing the wrong direction. My battery would blink 5 times with no luck. I attempted to read over all the forums and tried everything. I attempted to use tweezers , glue on a toothpick, banging on a hard surface with no luck of having it fall back out. I also noticed the company seems to not recognize everyone at some point of owning this battery has the same issue. I’ve purchased much cheaper batteries that lasted years and were better quality. Very unhappy with this low quality Chinese garbage. Finally I fixed it with a hammer! A shame because it was brand new. Make better quality products
