I bought a Yocan Evolve XL and it doesn't work

I bought an Evolve XL Plus the other day. I used it 2xs and then it stopped working. The button no longer engages. I read in the literature that there is a one year warranty. I'll need that at the very least. I honestly would rather have my money back after what I have seen on the internet about this issue. Seems to have happened to dozens of people.
