So I charged it and followed all the instructions how to preheat and change voltage but I can't get it to work. I tried different voltages and still nothing. Yes, I have the magnetic adapter on the 510 threads. Could this unit be defective? Please help.

If it still doesn't work after multiple attempts, please contact the store where you purchased it for a replacement.
