A: The silicone mouthpiece uses a square hole to connect to the cap. Due to some tolerance, some caps may be pulled out when you hold the mouthpiece. How to fix the connection issue between the mouthpiece and the cap? It's very easy. Just push it back. That's all. You don't even need a tool to fix it.
