Some Yocan fans ask us how to Fix the Yocan Black Pocket "NO ATOMIZER" Error.
First of all, we have to know why the Yocan Black Pocket shows the "NO ATOMIZER" error. Most of the time, it is due to incorrect connection, and the Smoke OS can't recognize the Cloud 3. The wax residue, or dust, or other problems will make your Pocket occur this error.
Few steps to fix the Yocan Black Pocket "NO ATOMIZER" error
Clean the contact point of the Cloud 3. Using a q-tip with 95% ISO alcohol is the best way to clean the wax residue or dust. Clean the contact on the Pocket battery side. If you use 95% ISO alcohol to clean those contact points, please dry them completely when you reinstall. If the above two steps do not work, please try to pull out the contact point slightly. Due to the tolerance of the contact points, it may not be able to connect the Cloud 3 tightly to the battery. If still not let it work, please try to claim your warranty.
