Yocan Uni - Magnet issues

My Yocan Uni magnet doesn't seem to work anymore, after 2 weeks. I've tried two different magnet connectors and it just doesn't engage if you will. Is it possible for the magnet within the device itself to go bad? The cartridges just seem to bounce and not lock in properly?

Did you try load the UNI adapter come with the package?

Tighten then 510 thread adapter as directed then back it off 1/4th of a turn a try using it.
