Uni Blinks 10 times

I bought this
Yocan UNI 3 days ago. The USB charger that came with it doesn't charge anything, even my phone. My phone chargers don't work on the vape. It will blink 1 2 3 like it's charging, never reaches a complete charge. Cuz when I hit the button to use it it blinks 10 times and won't work...

Were you use the USB cable come with the package?
10 times flashing means low battery. More detail please refer to this page:

If your device can't charge the original USB cable, please try to contact the head shop you bought.
