My yocan uní won’t heat up

Sorry fro the inconvenience.
Any indicator light on when you hit the fire button?
If the light(s) flashing 10 times, means you have to charge the Yocan UNI battery.
Please plug the USB cable that comes with the package box.
If flashing 3 times means short-circuit protection.
And the battery flashing 5 times means no atomizer.
Please check the vape cartridge connection.
