Yocan UNI blinking

I just got the Yocan UNI and so far, I cannot vape from it. It will not preheat and just continues to flash 5 times. I have taken the cartridge out and replaced it but nothing seems to be working

As for your UNI blinking 5 times, I think due to the connection is incorrect.
please check all connections: cartridge, adapter, and the UNI battery.

The battery should blink and turn off completely after it is connected and reaches 100% charge. If you do not have a cart in the Yocan Uni it will blink and not allow it to fire. This is to prevent it from overheating without using it to make a cartridge fire. Place a cartridge in the battery and it should fire. Hope this helps!
