5 flashing lights Uni Box Mod

Literally just bought this UNI Mod today was able to get it to work for about 5 minutes and now all it does is display the 5 blinks lights every time button is pushed. Connectors have been checked along with multiple cartridges and it is fully charged. Is my product defective?? Super disappointed with the product so far.
