YOCAN UNI not charging

Having trouble with my
YOCAN UNI vape mod, the lights are coming in saying it’s charging, then will blink 8 times to indicate it’s fully charged. When I turn it on, it just blinks at me 5 times like it’s not charged. Have plugged in multiple times. Anyone else had this issue?

Flash 5 times means no atomizer. Please can you check the cartridge with your UNI battery.

First of all, i am sorry that you are experiencing these problems. to fix this issue: unscrew the cart a turn or so and it might work. Happens to me all of the time... happy Vaping
