Magnetic Ring and Full Gram Carts

I got my yocan two weeks ago. It’s hits half gram carts perfectly fine but struggles with full grams. Is this normal. Also am I supposed to switch out the magnet ring after a certain amount of time. This is my first vape as well and what are some basic rules to keeping it clean and running smooth.

Welcome join Yocan big family.
I think it's not normal, due to we don't get any feedback on struggles with full grams.

Please advise what oil cartridge are you using, and the oil type, thanks in advance.
