Hello everyone, Recently, some friends have reported issues encountered during daily use of the Yocan Ari 2.0 Series. I shall address these concerns in this post. Should you have any queries, please leave them in the comments section.



Question 1: How to clean:
Cleaning the 510 threaded connection: Regularly clean the connection point or remove foreign matter using a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol to ensure smooth connection. If not in use for an extended period, separate the battery and atomiser.

Question 2: Reports no atomiser when cartridge is connected
This is typically indicative of a connection fault. Attempt the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Verify the cartridge is correctly installed, avoiding over-tightening or excessive looseness
2. Ensure the cartridge resistance exceeds 0.8Ω
3. Clean the connection points with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol, or replace the cartridge to determine if this resolves the issue

Question 3: How do I view the number of puffs taken?
The “P” on the screen indicates the puff count. To reset the puff count, simultaneously press the power button and the “-” key.
