Hello Yocan Iris Users,
To help you get the best experience with your Yocan Iris, we have compiled answers to some of the most common questions regarding voltage settings, coil compatibility, and maintenance.
Please refer to the guide below for optimal performance.

Q1: What is the recommended voltage range for Live Resin?
A: When using the Yocan Iris with live resin (active resin concentrates), we recommend starting with a lower voltage range of approximately 3.2V to 3.6V.
Tip: You can adjust the voltage based on the amount of vapor production and flavor profile you prefer. Start low and increase gradually to find your sweet spot.
Q2: Is the Yocan Iris compatible with Nestor QTZ coils?
A: No. The Yocan Iris is not compatible with Nestor QTZ coils.
Recommendation: To ensure proper fit and functionality, please use the dedicated coils designed specifically for the Yocan Iris.
Q3: Is it normal for the coil to become clogged after use?
A: Yes, this is completely normal. The porous heating surface is designed to absorb concentrates, and it will naturally become heavily caked with residue after only a few small loads.
Pro Tips for Boosting Performance:
Filling: Avoid adding too much concentrate at once. Adding small amounts multiple times results in a better taste and reduces waste.
Start with Low Voltage: Always start with a lower voltage (3.2V) and gradually increase the voltage.
