Keeping your Yocan Kodo Star clean is one of the easiest ways to ensure smooth performance and reliable connections. Over time, oil residue and dust can accumulate around the cartridge connection area, which may affect how the device works. Fortunately, cleaning the Kodo Star only takes a few simple steps.
Here’s how to properly clean your Yocan Kodo Star battery:
1. Turn off the device by clicking the power button five times. Remove the cartridge from the battery before cleaning.
2. Use a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol to gently clean the connection area and threaded section.
3. Wipe the exterior surface with a dry microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints and dust.
To help extend the lifespan of your device, avoid leaving the battery attached to a cartridge for long periods of time, as oil may slowly seep into the connection area. For long-term storage, ensure the battery is partially charged and keep the USB-C charging port clean and dry.
Regular cleaning helps your Yocan Kodo Star deliver more consistent performance and a better overall vaping experience.
