YoCan dive

Bought myself a YoCan Dive and I absolutely loved it. It broke after a simple removal of the magnetic cap, snapping the wiring off the hearing element. I have been waiting for 2 weeks worth of business days without any response from YoCan, and growing more disappointed with a company that I enjoyed their products but customer service is non existent. So if their is a rep on here, maybe this will get some attention.........
