New to the vape pen world and want to know if its normal for the d ry h erb to only burn up the center? I have to unscrew it and scrape around the inside because the plunger does not go all the way down.

Which item are you using?
If this device can be setting higher voltage, please use the higher voltage.

Or you can try to load a brand new atomizer.
