I bought a new yocan dive last night

I am using it on high setting

I am not getting strong hits

I am getting tiny weak hits.

Please make sure full charged when you first use it.
If the device is low battery status, the hits may very weak too.

Please can you share more detail about it.
Which tip were you installed?
