Yocan Torch XL Bad Connection

Ok I have been enjoying the Torch XL for a couple of months. For the past several weeks, I can not keep a good connection. I keep getting the 3 blinking lights. I have charged the battery, wiped everything with q-tips and alcohol but the connection is inconsistent. It seems to improve if I pull up on the coil assembly but not every time. I tried to move the wire inside slightly but it did not help. Nor does turning the coil. What am I missing?
