Yocan evolve plus isn't charging properly

My evolve plus isn't charging properly, red light would light up for a few seconds then disappear

Can you turn it on by 5 clicks of the fire button?
The Yocan Evolve Plus indicator light will be shuts off once it's fully charged.
If you can't turn it on, this device is broken.
