- What platform are you using? Window 7, iphone X, or Androd phone etc.
- What is your board's account ID?
- And the error board's URL? eg.www.yocantech.com or https://forum.yocantech.com etc
- What is the most recent action performed on your board?
- Please describe your problem.
- Please upload your error screenshot.

- Please describe your problem. I can't login my account, and my password is correct.
