Yocan magneto battery problem

Bought Yocan magneto used it for 2 weeks not alot just here n there type deal and it won't work anymore... doesn't take the charge..plug it light goes out within 5 seconds try turn it on it just flashes..kind of piss off if you ask me

Please can you re-load the Magneto atomizer, or try to clean the connection points.
By the way, are you charged the device using the USB cable come with the box?

I bought yocan Magneto 2 months ago and it doesn’t charge anymore, when I press the button light flashes 3 times and doesn’t heat it up,

Are you using the USB cable come with the package?
Most of the time, the flashing error due to connection issues.
If possible, please make a short video and send to yocantechnology@gmail.com
