Yocan Evolve Plus XL Battery will no longer turn on

Here is a question from Yocan Evolve Plus XL Battery?
The battery will no longer turn on. I have fully changed it, tried a new atomizer and it wont turn on. The white led white wont even come on when you press it. Is there anything you can do?
If the battery indicator light always off, no matter plug in cable or press the fire button how many times, I think it is died.
