How tos: Yocan Evolve Plus XL no longer work

Yocan Evolve Plus XL no longer works I used it twice ever.
First of all, make sure it charged,
Screw the Yocan Evolve Plus XL atomizer, ensure all parts firmly connected
5 taps to turn it on.
If the battery flashing 5 times, try to use a q-tip to clean the contact points.
Or you also can try to install a brand new XL atomizer.
If your device still can't work, please contact our after-sale team service@yocantech.com
