Hey i had got the vape about 2 weeks before christmas an now when you plug it in the red light to charge will not stay on an wikk not seem to take charge. Just wondering what might be wrong with it where i purchased it they were no help thank you.
Answer:
please check the pins in the charging port, or changed the charge cable, turned it off, waited an hour and turned it back on.

Try to use a q-tip to clean the charge port.
