Yocan Evolve Plus XL blinking 10 times

Hi, so i bought the
Yocan Evolve Plus XL pen 2 days ago and it worked fine until now anyways. It blinks about 10 times every time i press the button. There is no "on" or "off" feature as it blinks every time i press it no matter what. Sometimes, it will stay on and warm up a little bit but then blink again and just turn off. - I haven't figured out what this depends on. Device seems charged so im not sure what could it be, coil is clean and same behavior with a brand new one. Does anyone have any suggestions? i can't believe it is broken or that it broke from regular use. Online it talks about 5 and 3 blinks but it really blinks about 10 times and since it does not come with instructions I am not sure what it means.

Hi @Nicodore
Thanks for your post.
As for the Evolve Plus XL flashing 10 times issue, please try to charge your device.
When the light blinks 10 times, it's an indicator that you need to charge the battery asap.
Take care, any further questions, please let me know.

What does it mean if you have fully charged it and it’s still blinking when I press the button?

Usually with an
vape pen battery blinking 10 times, it means that the voltage from the battery is below 3.4 volts. this could be because of several reasons. First, make sure you charge the battery long enough. It usually takes a 2-6 hours to charge most EGO batteries.
