Vape Troubleshooting: Yocan Hive 2.0 cant be charge

Here is question from Yocan hive 2.0 fan, login to view detail.
First of all, please make sure use the USB cable comes with the Yocan Hive 2.0 package box.
Sometime use wrong cable type also resulting in can't charge battery.
Then, check the indicator lights are grow. The lights will turn off once the battery fully charged.
If above step can't fix it. please contact the shop you bought it from.
