The Yocan Kodo is designed to be simple, portable, and easy to use, but first-time users often have questions about charging, voltage settings, and how to power the device on or off. This quick guide will help you get started.

How do you check or adjust the voltage?
The Kodo features 3 voltage settings. After turning on the device, quickly press the power button 3 times to cycle through the voltage levels.
The indicator lights correspond to the following voltages:

• 1 light = 2.5V

• 2 lights = 3.0V

• 3 lights = 3.5V

This allows you to customize your experience based on your cartridge and preferred vapor production.

How do you know when the Kodo is fully charged?
While charging, the indicator light will stay on. Once the battery is fully charged, the light will automatically turn off.

How do you turn the device off?
To power off the Kodo, quickly press the power button 5 times.
Although the device includes a 15-second safety cutoff during use, we still recommend manually turning it off after each session to help prevent accidental activation while it’s in your pocket or bag.

Will it continue heating if I leave it on?
No. The Kodo is equipped with built-in safety protections, including the automatic cutoff feature mentioned above. However, turning the device off when not in use is still the best way to avoid accidental firing and protect your cartridge.
