Most of time, the Yocan UNI Pro no atomizer error resulted from the incorrect connect or cartridge burn out.

- Please try to use q-tip clean the contact point, or use tissue to clean it.
- Or loose the adapter a little, re-install the cartridge have a try.
- The third tip is change a brand new cartridge.

When I had this issue I was able to fix it by loosening the top part so it wasn't touching the cartridge and the problem was fixed. Hope this helps.
