Continue to get no atomizer message

Most of time, the Yocan UNI Pro no atomizer error resulted from the incorrect connect or cartridge burn out.

Three tips may help you fix the Yocan UNI Pro no atomizer error:
  • Please try to use q-tip clean the contact point, or use tissue to clean it.
  • Or loose the adapter a little, re-install the cartridge have a try.
  • The third tip is change a brand new cartridge.
If you device still cant work, please contact the shop you bought it from.

When I had this issue I was able to fix it by loosening the top part so it wasn't touching the cartridge and the problem was fixed. Hope this helps.
