Shows shorted message and no vape

Answer:
Please check the 510 threaded adapter connection.
And try to use a q-tip with isopropyl alcohol to clean the contact points.
If the UNI Pro battery still show shorted massage, try to install a brand new oil cartridge.

If your device still can't working, please contact the shop you bought it from.
